1. P.F. Chang’s Chicken Noodle Soup
759 calories, 24 grams of fat, 4,135 milligrams of sodium, 92 grams of carbs. Please avoid this soup with great caution…
2. Blimpie Special Vegetarian 12”
1,186 calories, 60 grams of fat (19 grams saturated, 0 grams trans fat), 3,532 milligrams sodium, 131 grams carbs. Feeling queezy yet?
3. T.G.I. Friday’s Pecan Crusted Chicken Salad
1360 calories (that’s all the info that was allowed to be given out to the public, the rest like sodium or fats must be sky high…)
4. Applebee’s Chicken Fajita Rollup
1,450 calories (rats still no extra info)
5. Romano’s Macaroni Grill’s Parmesan-Crusted Sole
2,190 calories, 141 grams of fat (58 grams saturated), 2,980 milligrams of sodium, 145 grans of carbs. Well I got much more info that time 🙂

Mac grill wasn’t even that good, I don’t mind the callories if it tastes good, but you can keep the raw Gaelic chunks.
