Stay Away From STRESS: Part 4

Hey guys! Few more tips on how to Stay Away From STRESS:

1. Avoid Reading For Too Many Hours.

I love to read, it places me in another world, but I sometimes make the mistake of reading TOO much. Let’s say an entire day…of non-stop reading. You can’t put the book down it’s sooo good. But in doing so you may cause your self eye strain and mental stress. Both would totally burn you out and cause you unneeded stress…

2. Avoid Playing Video Games For Too Many Hours.

Playing video games for under 1-2 hours is actually good for your eyes (increases better hand, eye coordination), but playing over that amount of time on a video game can cause you eye strain and mental stress just like reading can. My suggestion would be IF you wanted to play for more then two hours, take a fifteen minute break between those hours and that may help you recover faster.

3. Avoid Fiery Arguments.

If you start an argument with a friend or family member for no reason and it’s all because your under pressure, you will only cause your self and that person unneeded stress. Taking it out on someone is just not right, try to stay calm and if your actions are just to strong for some one to handle just tell them that you are stressed and that you just need some chill time…

4. Find Your Chill Time.

One of the most important things to help you fight stress is to find your chill time. You need YOU time just like everyone else, try to find a time of day when you can just be your self. That way you can find your peace and lower your stress levels…

Stay Away From STRESS: Part 3

Teen Girl Stressed

The big “how can I stay away from stress” question is becoming far more popular everyday, especially since the economy is in a down slide. The pressure is really set in on us teens since “we are the future” (pressure, pressure, pressure…). How can we simply avoid stress? It’s not like we can’t turn it off, it’s in our faces everyday. We need something to help us get out of it…and I have a few idea’s.

Alright if you know what to do, then tell me what should I do?

If you have seen my previous post’s (part 1 and part 2) you’ll see I have already had some good advice that works…but is it enough? I know there is even more that you can do right now!

1. First off try to let your problems slide off your shoulders (sound familiar?), if you ponder over something too much you’ll burn out and your stress levels will increase.

2. Second, find help. Some things you don’t need to keep to yourself, if you know someone who can help then you should ask…keeping it to yourself will only increase your anxiety and worries…

3. Next you have to find a place to chill. Even if it’s just for a few minutes try and find time for yourself.

4. Lastly do not let anyone push you over the edge, ignore incoming insults or problems trying to throw you off guard.

Since I can’t be with you and try to help you maybe my advice can. Life can be extremely annoying and privacy can often be invaded…the best thing you can do is to try and set things straight; don’t let it get to you. Stress can also cause health problems if your under it’s influence for too long, you have to find your chill time.

Stay Away From STRESS: Part 2

Alright then, time for part 2! This time lets talk about a machine called the Chi Machine!

K the Chi Machine looks incredibly weird I know, but it is one of the best ways of getting stress off of your shoulders! I use it when I feel overburdened and stressed, I feel so relaxed afterwords I sometimes don’t know what was stressing me out…

What does the Chi Machine actually do?

The Chi Machine is an oxygenator, it cleanses your body of toxins that don’t belong in your body.

Ok so we know what it does, how do you use it?

The Chi Machine is easy to use, its light and portable (so beneficial that way too =D). You plug it into an outlet in your wall. Turn the Chi Machine opposite of the handle bar, lay down on the floor. Place your ankles in the two slots on top of the Chi Machine, lay perfectly straight with the Chi Machine. Then take the controller in your hand and turn the knob up to five minutes (just for starting out, don’t work your way up the amount of time too quickly, take it easy I really only Chi now for eleven minutes). As soon as you turn it on you will feel your ankles wiggle from side to side. You’re body will normally stiffen up when this occurs, just relax and let you’re body wiggle, its very important and the whole part of the Chi Machine effects. After the Chi Machine stops, stay still and lift you’re ankles off of the two slots. Stay that way for around two minutes (you don’t need a timer or anything you can judge what you think is two minutes). Then afterwords lift both you’re legs up to your chest, then with you’re legs lean to the left and then lean to the right. Then when you have accomplished all of this your done!! You should feel a buzzing going through your body, that is called the Chi Buzz it’s completely normal :D. (NOTE: Only use the Chi Machine once a day, doing it twice or thrice may over do it, its always recommended to it only once a day)

So you say it can relieve me of my stress, what else does it do besides that?

Well actually the list for the Chi Machine benefits is huge, so I’ll just name the important basic benefits for you guys:

1. It can help you lose weight (correcting your weight actually, if you are either under or over it does not matter)

2. Ten minutes on the Chi Machine is like taking a walk outside for an hour (:O)

3. If you have a problem with low energy, the Chi Machine will help you gain you’re energy back! So you won’t feel tired or lethargic anymore!

Stay Away From STRESS: Part 1

That’s right! If you can, try your best to stay away from stress.

^ The above image is what we all really want to be, happy and stress free. Now for most of us this is a seemingly impossible goal, its utterly ridiculous that we just can’t seem to escape the one thing that plagues us, STRESS!!

But I’ve had experience in this area, lots of experience. And I have learned that in no matter what situation I’m involved in, I can’t let stress beat me! No matter what I’m faced with!!

But how, how do we do this…I’ll tell you how 😀

Try to follow these basic rules when stress leaps upon you:

1. Take your situation calmly, let it just slide off your conscious.

2. If you are confronted by someone who is unleashing all their stress on you, simply stop and take three deep breaths. Just stay calm.

3. Close your eyes, flush it all away. You are in charge of your emotions NOT stress!!

4. Think of something good, something you enjoy.

5. Don’t push yourself to do something that is too hard for you, like extra hard labor for example.

6. If you have head phones, put em on. Just chill…

Now there is another reason why I am giving out this advice, it effects your health greatly!

Stress can reek havoc in and out of your body. You can’t sleep at night, you always seem to just not have it in you to get your full nights worth of rest…

Your nerves become shaky, you are afraid to face another situation that may hurt you…

You become shy, you like to stay away from others and care only for your self…

You gain weight, lots of extra unneeded fat…

Then one of the worst side effects of stress is acne, its not fun 😦

Stress is something that continues to plague us all.

We can only do our best, don’t let anyone else tell you that you aren’t good enough!
