How To Deal With Spring Time Allergies: Part 2

Spring Time allergies suck and it always ends up sending us through the roof. I have always wondered how I can stay away from allergies, how to stop them from causing me breathing difficulties, rashes and so on. The list is very long I could keep goingโ€ฆ

Through the years well I’ve found some useful techniques that may definitely help with combating allergies and I hope they will also be able to help you too.

You really have something for me? Okay well then what do you suggest?

I have a list of things you can do actually, take a moment and check it out:

1. Drink Plenty Of Water.

In spring time I drink as much water as I possibly can (without over doing it of course) it’s good for me of course and it seems to really help combat allergies (flushing pollen and whatever is in the air out of my system)

2. Stay In Doors.

The next best thing to do is to stay inside when the air is full of pollen outside, try your best to avoid to much contact with nature right now since it’s pollinating.

3. Vicks Vapo Rub.

I HIGHLY recommend using this product, when it comes to a stuffy nose and hard breathing this will help clear that up for you. Eucalyptus Oil is the main ingredient and it helps clear your sinuses, for my use I say about 95% percent of the time I use it I have instant relief. Repeat I HIGHLY recommend using this product!!

And it doesn’t really matter which brand your getting so long as you are getting it, use your best judgment and I’m sure you’ll be fine =D.

4. Conserve Your Energy.

Remember your body needs energy in order to fight incoming pollen, viruses etc. so conserve your energy. Don’t do too much work, try to stay active but don’t over work your self. If your tired take a break your body, is fighting all the nasty particles floating in the air…

I comfort myself by saying “Don’t worry Summer is coming…” in the extreme heat of summer the pollen dies out and everything seems pretty good afterward. Don’t worry about anything, just have patience Spring WILL end it just takes time =D.

Stay Away From STRESS: Part 3

The big “how can I stay away from stress” question is becoming far more popular everyday, especially since the economy is in a down slide. The pressure is really set in on us teens since “we are the future” (pressure, pressure, pressure…). How can we simply avoid stress? It’s not like we can’t turn it off, it’s in our faces everyday. We need something to help us get out of it…and I have a few idea’s.

Alright if you know what to do, then tell me what should I do?

If you have seen my previous post’s (part 1 and part 2) you’ll see I have already had some good advice that works…but is it enough? I know there is even more that you can do right now!

1. First off try to let your problems slide off your shoulders (sound familiar?), if you ponder over something too much you’ll burn out and your stress levels will increase.

2. Second, find help. Some things you don’t need to keep to yourself, if you know someone who can help then you should ask…keeping it to yourself will only increase your anxiety and worries…

3. Next you have to find a place to chill. Even if it’s just for a few minutes try and find time for yourself.

4. Lastly do not let anyone push you over the edge, ignore incoming insults or problems trying to throw you off guard.

Since I can’t be with you and try to help you maybe my advice can. Life can be extremely annoying and privacy can often be invaded…the best thing you can do is to try and set things straight; don’t let it get to you. Stress can also cause health problems if your under it’s influence for too long, you have to find your chill time.

Stay Away From STRESS: Part 1

That’s right! If you can, try your best to stay away from stress.

^ The above image is what we all really want to be, happy and stress free. Now for most of us this is a seemingly impossible goal, its utterly ridiculous that we just can’t seem to escape the one thing that plagues us, STRESS!!

But I’ve had experience in this area, lots of experience. And I have learned that in no matter what situation I’m involved in, I can’t let stress beat me! No matter what I’m faced with!!

But how, how do we do this…I’ll tell you how ๐Ÿ˜€

Try to follow these basic rules when stress leaps upon you:

1. Take your situation calmly, let it just slide off your conscious.

2. If you are confronted by someone who is unleashing all their stress on you, simply stop and take three deep breaths. Just stay calm.

3. Close your eyes, flush it all away. You are in charge of your emotions NOT stress!!

4. Think of something good, something you enjoy.

5. Don’t push yourself to do something that is too hard for you, like extra hard labor for example.

6. If you have head phones, put em on. Just chill…

Now there is another reason why I am giving out this advice, it effects your health greatly!

Stress can reek havoc in and out of your body. You can’t sleep at night, you always seem to just not have it in you to get your full nights worth of rest…

Your nerves become shaky, you are afraid to face another situation that may hurt you…

You become shy, you like to stay away from others and care only for your self…

You gain weight, lots of extra unneeded fat…

Then one of the worst side effects of stress is acne, its not fun ๐Ÿ˜ฆ

Stress is something that continues to plague us all.

We can only do our best, don’t let anyone else tell you that you aren’t good enough!

Weight Losing Tips: Seventh Step

Let’s go in-depth on a completely balanced diet.

The perfect balance diet consists of fruits, meats, bread/grains and veggies. You have to eat healthy, but that does not mean you HAVE to choose a fruit or vegetable you don’t enjoy or are allergic to :D. Choose your favs, it’s supposed to be enjoyable and not something you want to stray from lol. Me I’m allergic to dates, their tasty I love them but cant have them…so I have my other favorites, pineapple, apples, oranges, strawberries, grapes and I tend to just have those in my fruit diet. For my meats I would have some ground beef, chicken and fish (I LOVE salmon). For bread I have cereal, french bread (it’s really thick tasty fresh bread that SO hit’s the spot for me when I need food fast :D). For grains I have oatmeal, cream of wheat and cereal that consists of grains. For veggies I have celery, carrots, lettuce and mushrooms.

This is my daily diet, my food pyramid, this is just for an example though. Try to find ways of making your perfect balanced diet, things you enjoy to eat and still fit into the right categories :D.
