Stay Away From STRESS: Part 4

Hey guys! Few more tips on how to Stay Away From STRESS:

1. Avoid Reading For Too Many Hours.

I love to read, it places me in another world, but I sometimes make the mistake of reading TOO much. Let’s say an entire day…of non-stop reading. You can’t put the book down it’s sooo good. But in doing so you may cause your self eye strain and mental stress. Both would totally burn you out and cause you unneeded stress…

2. Avoid Playing Video Games For Too Many Hours.

Playing video games for under 1-2 hours is actually good for your eyes (increases better hand, eye coordination), but playing over that amount of time on a video game can cause you eye strain and mental stress just like reading can. My suggestion would be IF you wanted to play for more then two hours, take a fifteen minute break between those hours and that may help you recover faster.

3. Avoid Fiery Arguments.

If you start an argument with a friend or family member for no reason and it’s all because your under pressure, you will only cause your self and that person unneeded stress. Taking it out on someone is just not right, try to stay calm and if your actions are just to strong for some one to handle just tell them that you are stressed and that you just need some chill time…

4. Find Your Chill Time.

One of the most important things to help you fight stress is to find your chill time. You need YOU time just like everyone else, try to find a time of day when you can just be your self. That way you can find your peace and lower your stress levels…

Weight Losing Tips: Fourth Step

Don’t stay up to late at night, get quality sleep, you will gain energy and wake up earlier in the morning 😀

Why got to sleep earlier? Well when I’m tired and have no more energy I want to sleep, but sometimes I stay up because I’m finishing either a movie or going to the next stage in a video game. THAT’S NOT WHAT YOUR SUPPOSED TO DO! You need quality sleep and I have learned this from experience, so I now try to get a great amount of sleep at night…not only do you gain energy in the morning BUT the exciting part of getting quality sleep is what happens after one/two hour(s) of rest. HGH (Human Growth Hormone) Kicks in when you are asleep, it helps you grow and prevents aging 😀 (sweet!). You, again I say this, “gain energy” and give your body the time it needs to recuperate from the other day :D.

I used to stay up till 11:00 PM with my family and that was taking me down…so I started a schedule, let me know what you think of it :D:

1. Eat dinner get extra chores or finish up school work.(normal)

2. After I’m done with that I get comfortable and just chill with my family.

3. If I watch a movie I’ll watch something calming, so I can go to sleep easier.

4. After that it’s normally around 8-9:00 I get a glass of water and go to bed.

THERE, just those four steps. Not taking it to far, just relaxing and when I wake up in the morning I’m energized and ready for another day 🙂
