Stay Away From STRESS: Part 2

Alright then, time for part 2! This time lets talk about a machine called the Chi Machine!

K the Chi Machine looks incredibly weird I know, but it is one of the best ways of getting stress off of your shoulders! I use it when I feel overburdened and stressed, I feel so relaxed afterwords I sometimes don’t know what was stressing me out…

What does the Chi Machine actually do?

The Chi Machine is an oxygenator, it cleanses your body of toxins that don’t belong in your body.

Ok so we know what it does, how do you use it?

The Chi Machine is easy to use, its light and portable (so beneficial that way too =D). You plug it into an outlet in your wall. Turn the Chi Machine opposite of the handle bar, lay down on the floor. Place your ankles in the two slots on top of the Chi Machine, lay perfectly straight with the Chi Machine. Then take the controller in your hand and turn the knob up to five minutes (just for starting out, don’t work your way up the amount of time too quickly, take it easy I really only Chi now for eleven minutes). As soon as you turn it on you will feel your ankles wiggle from side to side. You’re body will normally stiffen up when this occurs, just relax and let you’re body wiggle, its very important and the whole part of the Chi Machine effects. After the Chi Machine stops, stay still and lift you’re ankles off of the two slots. Stay that way for around two minutes (you don’t need a timer or anything you can judge what you think is two minutes). Then afterwords lift both you’re legs up to your chest, then with you’re legs lean to the left and then lean to the right. Then when you have accomplished all of this your done!! You should feel a buzzing going through your body, that is called the Chi Buzz it’s completely normal :D. (NOTE: Only use the Chi Machine once a day, doing it twice or thrice may over do it, its always recommended to it only once a day)

So you say it can relieve me of my stress, what else does it do besides that?

Well actually the list for the Chi Machine benefits is huge, so I’ll just name the important basic benefits for you guys:

1. It can help you lose weight (correcting your weight actually, if you are either under or over it does not matter)

2. Ten minutes on the Chi Machine is like taking a walk outside for an hour (:O)

3. If you have a problem with low energy, the Chi Machine will help you gain you’re energy back! So you won’t feel tired or lethargic anymore!

Acne: I’m Sick of Acne…

And I feel bad for those who suffer with it, I’ve had long years with acne and I have recently been using something my father found…its called the FIR:

This little dome has been really helpful!! I use it now everyday and my face is clearing up from the really bad Acne that use to cover my skin.

But how exactly do you use it?

You turn it on, drink plenty of water before use (just a normal glass full of water), set the timer for (when you use it for the first time) fifteen minutes, then lie down flat on your back; you place either cotton balls or a washcloth on top of your (closed) eyes and place the dome directly above your face. It then releases Far Infrared Rays. The rays gently sink into your skin (approximately an inch and a half all the way through your skin), its very soothing so have no fear of any pain or any strange side effects.

After you use the FIR for fifteen minutes you need to drink another glass full of water. Try to FIR everyday and you will see better results from it, but while doing so the next day instead of fifteen minutes try thirty minutes instead(you will benefit from that amount much faster then the previous fifteen minutes); continue with thirty minutes from then on (and if you have the time you can even do it for a full hour every day from then on :D)

I touched the inside of the FIR when it was turned on, it was really hot; will this become a danger?

No you’re fine. When it heats up like that just avoid touching the inside with your hands or face; its not dangerous 😀

When will I start to see results?

Give it about two weeks, you should notice a big difference after that 🙂

I love using the FIR! I was though a bit skeptic at first, but now that I see the results I have nothing bad to say against it :D. My mom and sister also use it for their own means and they feel the same way about it as I do!
