Do you have problems sleeping at night? Many teens have troubles sleeping at night, let’s take a looks at The Top Five Things that may cause you to stay awake at night…
The Top Five Things That Keep You Awake At Night:
1. Your Mattress.
For many people having an uncomfortable mattress that does not fit their body causes them to stay awake at night…some even need special therapeutic mattresses.
2. Daytime Naps.
If you have constant daytime naps this may cause you to have more energy at night, therefore keeping you awake.
3. Staying Up Too Late.
Some (like me) tend to spend longer nights, causing there bodies to go through energy spikes, shakiness and anxiety. All of this can keep you awake at night.
4. Caffeine Beverages.
If you have a drink or a food item chucked full of caffeine that can definitely keep awake all night long buzzing with unwanted energy.
5. Stress.
Stress can keep you awake at night, if you have a problem and are trying to sort it out in your mind your focus shifts to that singular problem; keeping you awake.

I highly recommend that if you have a sleeping problem at night, try to sort it out immediately. It’s important for you to get quality sleep so that you HGH (Human Growth Hormones) can kick in and do their job. Try to find the reasons why you are having difficulties sleeping at night.
Well that’s it for now, stay tuned for the next update =D.

I have another step for those who wish to lose weight and stay healthy, get plenty of sleep at night.

It’s extremely important and necessary for you to get at least eight hours of sleep every night. Your body requires it, NEEDS it. It’s the only time your body can release certain hormones that heal and support your body after a day’s work. Sleep also can help you with your weight problems, it has most definitely for me
Back a few years ago I used to stay up till eleven o’clock at night. Almost every night was like that. I couldn’t help that though, my life was very hectic at that point (school was very stressful as I’m sure you all can relate to). Fortunately I have been able to get out of old habits, and I’m happy with the results.
Having a full eight hours of sleep every night has given me far more energy than I thought I could gain. I’ve made out a schedule for myself, maybe you would be interested in viewing it
MY DAILY SCHEDULE:
1. I get up at seven in the morning.
2. Get chores over with, minor of course, school comes up next and I have to be there on time…
3. Get through school (trying to stay alive in the process).
4. Come home on the bus.
5. Get homework accomplished and after school chores.
6. It’s normally around six when I’m done with everything. My mom is regularly at home so she has dinner prepared. She tries to keep us consuming a full balanced meal at dinner, typically a pasta or a chicken meal (my family and I are very fond of these kinds of dishes). Along with the chicken or pasta dishes we would have salad and french bread (very essential to a healthy meal)
7. Afterwords we dim the lights in our home (your body has a hormone called cortisol, it helps you get to sleep. It is very sensitive to light and will keep you awake if there are too many lights on around you. So we tend to keep our house lights dim in the evening so we can sleep with ease).
8. Watch a calming movie.
9. Get ready for bed, go to sleep.

It appears to be a bit boring I know, but I’d rather be healthy than unhealthy any day; so I keep to my schedule and it works very well for me. Try to keep a reasonable schedule for your daily routine, put all your efforts toward going to bed on time. You should eventually be rid of your extra weight by sticking to your schedule and gaining the healthy benefits that go along with it.

Hey guys! A month ago I made a post about an item called Green Tea Extract, it’s supposed to help clean out your body (and that includes flushing out extra fat!). Here are my results after taking Green Tea Extract for a month and a half:

1. My energy levels boosted up dramatically.
2. I can sleep a full eight hours at nighttime (which means my human growth hormones kick in without any interruption)
3. I’ve lost about a half an inch around my waist line (my gut is practically gone now!)
4. Not only do I notice differences in my health that are good, but I feel better. I feel very clean and energized.
Now THAT is pretty good for only a month and a half’s worth of Green Tea Extract.
Now that you have read my results, I’d like to tell what exactly it is and how you use it.

Q & A
What exactly is Green Tea Extract?
It’s a concentrated form of the Herb called Green Tea, it comes in a bottle and you place it in your water.
Does it taste good?
You know it really does taste good
, its even sweet in its own way…
How much should I put in my water?
The bottle comes with a dropper, you simply extract two full droppers of Green Tea Extract and place it in a glass full of water.
When will I began to see results?
Give it about two weeks, you should began to feel and see good results

I enjoy taking Green Tea Extract and hope you will too! My mom and sister were watching me take it everyday for a month and a half, they saw my results and wanted to try it with me; I hope they get the same great results as I did

Check out the next update called Fifth Step
Don’t stay up to late at night, get quality sleep, you will gain energy and wake up earlier in the morning
Why got to sleep earlier? Well when I’m tired and have no more energy I want to sleep, but sometimes I stay up because I’m finishing either a movie or going to the next stage in a video game. THAT’S NOT WHAT YOUR SUPPOSED TO DO! You need quality sleep and I have learned this from experience, so I now try to get a great amount of sleep at night…not only do you gain energy in the morning BUT the exciting part of getting quality sleep is what happens after one/two hour(s) of rest. HGH (Human Growth Hormone) Kicks in when you are asleep, it helps you grow and prevents aging
(sweet!). You, again I say this, “gain energy” and give your body the time it needs to recuperate from the other day
.
I used to stay up till 11:00 PM with my family and that was taking me down…so I started a schedule, let me know what you think of it
:
1. Eat dinner get extra chores or finish up school work.(normal)
2. After I’m done with that I get comfortable and just chill with my family.
3. If I watch a movie I’ll watch something calming, so I can go to sleep easier.
4. After that it’s normally around 8-9:00 I get a glass of water and go to bed.
THERE, just those four steps. Not taking it to far, just relaxing and when I wake up in the morning I’m energized and ready for another day
Stay tuned for the step
